1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Afsoomali.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Community Contributions

Users may submit words, definitions, and translations to the platform. All submissions are subject to review under the Great Warlock Protocol — our hybrid community and admin moderation system. Submissions that receive sufficient upvotes (+10) are automatically indexed. Submissions with excessive downvotes (-5) are flagged for review.

By submitting content, you grant Afsoomali.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, index, and share that content as part of the Somali language corpus.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed:

• Personal information about real individuals
• Hate speech or content targeting ethnic or religious groups
• Deliberately false or misleading definitions (inside jokes presented as genuine)
• Spam or automated submissions

4. Accounts & Authentication

Accounts are provided via Supabase authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Afsoomali.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Afsoomali.com platform, codebase, and branding are the property of their respective contributors. The dictionary data is a community corpus and is made available under an open licence consistent with the project's open-source ethos.

6. Disclaimer

Afsoomali.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of community-submitted definitions. Use all language resources with appropriate context.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
